Constructed of an ultrasonically welded TPU coated nylon laminate. Removeable fleece lined divider and twin zippers.  Molded zipper deflects dirt and is easy to open. Comes with 2 silicone backed straps for bikes without dedicated bolt mounts and 1 set of mounting holes for those that do.
